Update: Letters for Sarah has now been upgraded to semi-finalist at the Widescreen Film and Music Video Festival, which has been rescheduled for November 7 to 10, 2024.
Ernest Dempsey’s mystery/thriller screenplay Letters for Sarah continues to bag accolades across boundaries in the world of filmmakers. The latest in this journey of success is an Honorable Mention at the Widescreen Film and Music Video Festival.
This year, the Widescreen Film and Music Video Festival will be held in Toronto, Canada, from October 25 to October 27. The scheduled events at the festival include:

- Networking with over 60 Major Influencers, some of whom wish to be in Indie Film
- Workshops
- Pitch Sessions
Earlier this year, Letters for Sarah received Honorable Mention at A Royal Chance Film Festival, held February 1–3, 2024, in Beverly Hills, CA. Last summer, the screenplay won the best Mystery/Thriller screenplay at the 2023 Spotlight Film Festival, held in Jacksonville, FL.
